Very professional and responsive company. Called a few other plumbers as I wanted to replace a few valves and reroute/install a new well filter. I never heard back from everyone else, Farmington Valley answered on my first call and was able to send someone the next day. Work was done efficiently, the technician Chad explained everything thoroughly and was very amicable. They were upfront with the cost with nothing hidden. I hope not to need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do this company would be my first choice.

We had a toilet that was 25 years old and was constantly clogging up. So we decided to replace the toilet and purchased a new one at Lowe's. I called Farmington Valley Plumbing and made an appointment for the installation of the new toilet. The tech who came out was knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. He finished the job in under an hour and even bagged the old toilet to haul it away, as well as took the packaging for the new toilet with him. I couldn't be more happy with the work and professionalism provided. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues we have.
We had a pretty big job. Alot of pipes where replaced. From cutting out all the cast iron pipes drains replacing updating everything to code. They are very reasonable with price and extremely professional. I highly recommend will be using them down the road with more plumbing as rebuild process continues. Thank you guys for the amazing job you did!!!!
We just moved in simsbury few weeks ago, and our shower/tub was not working. we called Farmington valley plumbing to install shower trims and tub hardware so that we have a functional shower tub and our toddler can take his tub at night. It turns out that our pipes for the tub is so old that the new hardware doesn’t fit our tub. A bunch of issues came up during installation and they went above and beyond and made sure they deliver what they promised! Brian and Zach worked till until after hours on a cold and windy night to make sure that our shower and tub are installed. what I liked most about them is that they care about what they do and do their best to provide great service for their customers. We are grateful for their great service and because of them, our toddler was able to take a tubby that night as we promised!
