We had a great experience with Keith at Farmington Valley Plumbing. They were able to get us on the schedule with less than a week’s notice, and completed all work the same day as the initial visit, which we weren't expecting. We had a long list of plumbing projects we’d been putting off for years — installing new toilets, adding a whole-home water filter, replacing a hose spigot that froze and cracked over the winter, and a few other repairs. Keith knocked everything out in just a few hours and we are satisfied with the work quality. Keith was clear and honest throughout the process. He explained everything clearly, managed our expectations well, and even helped us save some money by bundling the work together. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received for similar work. Highly recommend Farmington Valley Plumbing, and we’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs.
Our water heater failed and we needed timely help to replace it. Terry and his team mates were true professionals, and did an outstanding job - polite, organized, and expert. We ended up getting a tankless unit and there were a number of steps involved, but everything was done smoothly, without a snag, and the work was done by 3 pm on the same day.
