Used them again today. He figured out the dual sump pumps that were here when we bought the house. Now the primary and bypass are set to work. He also taught us how to do it. Great guy Had them out to put in new washer shut offs and a line for the new refrigerator to have water. Gerard was very nice. He did a great job. Will definitely use them again. We had them out again to remove the water line for the old refrigerator location. We used them again. They put new shut off valves on our pump filter. Tyler was sweet and did a great job. He taught us to change the filter ourselves now that the shut off valves work.
We had an outstanding experience with Farmington Valley Plumbing! Zack was our technician, and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the installation process. When additional help was needed, two of Zack’s colleagues came out to assist, and they were just as impressive. The entire team worked efficiently, treated our home with respect, and made what could have been a stressful project completely seamless. The quality of the work was excellent, the service was A+++, and the pricing was very reasonable for the level of professionalism and workmanship we received. It’s becoming harder and harder to find companies that truly deliver exceptional customer service, but Farmington Valley Plumbing exceeded our expectations in every way. Tyler came out to take a look at an issue with leaky bathtub and was quick and honest with his diagnosis and recommendation. He also took the time to replace an outdoor spigot, very happy with his work.
