This was my first time using FVP. We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom and needed a drain installed in a vanity. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and was thoroughly impressed that the leak was resolved and the drain installed in a couple hours. Tyler and Lex were kind and professional. You can see the pride they both take in their work. We will be using FVP in the future! Thank you Tyler and Lex for putting me at ease (the leak was pretty bad) and giving me multiple options that would work best for my family and budget.
I had a leaking shower faucet in the wall without an access door. I called and within an hour the guys were at our house. They assessed it, discussed it and gave us an estimate. Immediately after that they were in action. They were friendly with our kids and dogs the whole time. In 2 hours total they cut an access door, removed the old faucet, mixer valve, trim, and replaced it all including adding 2 new ball valves for shut offs. This was the most incredible service that I we weren’t expecting. 110% recommend them!
you may be a little pricey, but you are honest, on time and over all fantastic to deal with. you need a plumber who is knowledgeable and honest request Tyler!! He is my preferred plumber at Farmington Valley, and I hope to get him out to all the other facilities I can.
Farmington Valley Plumbing made our boiler replacement process incredibly easy and straightforward from beginning to end. Our first estimate took place while I wasn't home, and when I had additional questions afterward, Terry and Lex came back out in person a second time to walk me through everything. They answered every one of my silly questions with patience, kindness, understanding, and a great sense of humor. What ultimately made us choose Farmington Valley Plumbing was the complete absence of strange sales tactics, pressure, or attempts to scare us into spending more. They gave us exactly what we asked for: straightforward information, honest recommendations, and clear options so we could make an informed decision. Once we made a decision, April and Deb in the office were extremely responsive and quickly helped us secure an installation date and arrange financing. On installation day, Terry, Jason, Zach M., and Zach H. arrived early and worked incredibly efficiently and cooperatively. They cleaned up thoroughly, and they took the time to show us how everything worked before leaving. The finished installation looks great! The entire crew was professional, knowledgeable, and worked exceptionally well as a team. 11/10. We absolutely recommend Farmington Valley Plumbing and will be using them again for all of our future plumbing needs!
My experience with Farmington Valley Plumbing has been fantastic! From my first call in to get help, the follow up from the office and getting someone out to my house. Zach 2.0 just left my house. Prompt, thorough and professional! He explained the problem, and his honest opinion of how he would fix it. He was not the first plumber to work on my house, but was the first plumber that I felt comfortable with after he left (thinking I just was taken to the bank). I instantly saved all contact information and have shared with family! I would say that any other calls to other plumbers would be unnecessary… if you have a problem- they are the solution!!
