Jen and the office staff kept me updated on the project from start to finish. The owner Eric addressed any concerns I had and handled everything in a courteous and professional manner. Ricky, the technician that led the install team for our new propane boiler system was professional, friendly, and explained the process to us at the start and kept us apprised of the progress throughout the one day install. Farmington Valley works with a broad variety of financing options, including the CT Green Bank. Can speak highly enough of the professional service they provide.
Jared fixed the shower in our unit. Very happy to have hot water and enough water pressure. I will call FVP again when we have a problem at home or in the office. Highly recommend!
