10/5/24 - I can’t even begin to say how impressed I am with this company. I had an emergency this morning (probably not nearly as bad as some plumbing emergencies, but terribly difficult for me especially as I was trying to manage caring for my puppy follow surgery yesterday). I called Farmington Valley Plumbing and got the recording saying they were closed (it’s Saturday), but I could text “emergency” to the number they provided. That’s what I did along with an explanation of what was going on. I got an immediate text back saying they would try to dispatch somebody and I would get a phone call shortly. Fortunately for me, when they realized that there was nobody else at the company available to come today, Jen, the office manager, called me and said that her husband, one of the owners, would come out. Not only that, but she went the extra mile and said that she, too, would come as well because she knew from my initial text and then from my sobbing on the phone that I could really use some additional moral support. Once here, Eric did what was necessary to remedy the immediate concern in a timely manner to at least get me through the weekend until they can get somebody else out to finish the job. It’s not that he was unwilling to do additional work, but rather this is not a company that is trying to run up a customer’s bill with double time rates on a weekend just to put more money in their pockets. I highly recommend them!!! So grateful for my experience with a company that truly cares about its customers!! 10/8/24 - I just had Zach Hacia out to finish the job that Eric started for me on Saturday. He was awesome!! So punctual, professional, polite, thorough, and efficient. Zach actually finished the repairs sooner than I expected. He and I did a "walk through" before he started working which made me feel comfortable that we were on the same page and that it was the work that I had discussed with Eric. Then we did another one at the end of the job so I could see everything he did. I felt confident with him working downstairs in both the kitchen and basement while I was in my 2nd story home office working. I tend to be a "hoverer" during contractor appointments, but didn't feel the need to do that with Zach. Again, all around very impressed!! 2/25/25 - This time around I got to meet Nolan. He was extremely courteous and professional. Nolan took the time to walk me through today's proposed services before he got started and was great about answering my numerous questions. He also put together a quote for services I may be needing down the road. I loved the fact that he provided recommendations, but didn't try to hard sell or upsell me. Jen was awesome as always in setting up the appointment to get someone out in a timely manner, especially knowing I'm hosting a special event at my house in just under two weeks. I continue to be impressed by this company.

I had a great experience with FVP. Their plumber Scott did a clean and professional job running a gas line from my basement to an outside gas grill. I am very happy with their work and will use them again in the future.
