This company has done two jobs for me and are very professional. They respond quickly, complete quality work and they clean up most of their mess when they leave. So far very happy with their services.
I've been using Farmington Valley for around 4 years, and they have always been absolutely fantastic. Earlier this year, I mentioned to them that I needed a bathroom remodel, and they said they could do it for me. I was relieved because I had struggled to find a good company to do it, and I knew that with how they ran their business, I could trust they would do it well. Jeff came out to go over my budget, needs, and design and was the first person who actually understood the challenge of a remodel when it was the only shower in the house, and was mindful of that right out of the gate, without me even having to bring it up. Other contractors would have cared less about that. He was so helpful in picking out quality materials that didn't break the bank. Also, I really prefer talking to the person who will actually DO the work or manage the work, and Jeff took care of every detail from start to finish. TJ on the team was also great- so friendly and easy to work with and Scott who has come out before for the plumbing did a great job as well. I really can't say enough good things- this was the perfect experience from beginning to end. They worked within my budget, helped me choose great products, did an absolutely beautiful job, and communicated so well. They also did a great job of organizing the work so I was only without a shower for about 36 hours. I am so pleased with the end result, and anytime I need any other construction done in the house, Jeff is my first call.

Jared was able to come same day and did a great job identifying the source of the shower leak and replacing the faulty part. He was polite, prompt, and professional.
FVP is always prompt, accommodating & very friendly. Megan was great in helping me set up an appointment for my Mom. Our favorite is Keith Flanagan& Megan was able to get us scheduled in a timely manner. Keith is very knowledgeable, patient,& explains everything so you don’t feel completely confused! Thank you as always FVP. So glad we have this local company!
Scott & Long came to install a tankless hot water heater, hook up gas to a stove, and repair/replace the valves for the washing machine. They arrived on time, did an good job, cleaned up the site afterwards, and Scott even registered my hot water heater. Unfortunately, Farmington is not a Navien dealer, which I found out from Navien while doing a survey.
