The technician did an excellent job removing the dead disposal and restoring the sink. He was neat and cleaned up when finished. He checked the water heater and said the element was still good and did not need to be replaced. He replaced a section of piping that was leaking and checked the shower upstairs. Dan gave my daughter tips to get the best out of the shower and suggested improvements that could be made. We were very pleased with the work that was performed and with the speedy response to our original request.
Jared was absolutely amazing to work with! He was prompt with his time, professional and completed his work as needed. He explained everything that he was going to do and if things needed to be changed as the project went along he was sure I understood what was happening beforehand. As always, another very positive experience with Farmington Valley Plumbing. Called this morning with a leaky pipe in basement and Ann at the front desk was quick to get me the help I needed and was super helpful. They were quick, efficient, explained things to a novice like myself and were very friendly. Price was good as well. Happy to have chosen them again to help me when I needed it.
