Farmington Valley Plumbing was very accommodating in rescheduling a visit I had to conceal earlier in the week. Dan was professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I called late on Monday and they were able to get here Tuesday Morning. Nolan and Long worked very hard to find and solve the problem and they were not only professional but they we very nice and explained to me what they were doing step by step. On day 2 Ryan showed up with D and they were also amazing and completed fixing my septic issue. They both worked very hard to resolve the issue without having to tear up my parking lot and they were able to get me all fixed up! Great Company to deal with I would recommend them to anyone and it’s refreshing to have such great customer service !
Your crew checked our washer drainage system and sent a snake through to verify. They ensured that our washer could be used with no problem, after a plumbing stoppage yesterday.

I was in dire need of a plumber the other day, my neighbor said Farmington Valley had just left her house after the first time using them and that they were fantastic!! I called the office at mid-morning on a Friday and spoke to Megan who was great! She said she would have someone out in the afternoon.Daniel and Long arrived, they were friendly and professional and did a great job and left no mess.I will recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing services.Plus they update you as to the arrival time and send a photo if the plumber who will be arriving, amazing experience.
FVP responded the same day I inquired online for support and were able to visit the next day. Tyler, the tech, arrived a little outside the originally scheduled window but was very nice and took his time to explain the different options to fix my damaged washer shutoff valves. He was able to immediately begin the work and finished before I knew it. He did excellent work and ensured everything worked before leaving. It's been a long time since I've had plumbing work performed so I was a little surprised at the cost but like anything these days I'm sure it's market rate. Regardless it was worth it to have quality work done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Farmington Valley Plumbing.
Dan came to my house on Saturday. He is very professional and mindful to my home. He took the time to teach me and show me fun tips and tricks to take care of the system if something were to happen. Dan also was able to fix multiple bursted pipes and purge my system. I am very thankful for him and his expertise. I wish I could give him more than 5 starts. Thank you!
