To All, I experienced a Well Water Pump failure at a Rental Home I own. I texted FVP after hours (5:30PM), and within 15 minutes, I received a return call. The following morning at 9:00AM, they were at the home, analyzed the problem, and suggested several solutions. After choosing a solution, which required running a new 220VAC line and required Breaker Box Modifcation, removing the failed Jet Pump and 35 Gallon Water Tank, they installed a new Submersible Pump, New Water Tank, along with the required Electrical Controls. All of the above was professionally done and completed in less than 24 Hours. If you anyone is looking for a reliable, professional and very customer friendly plumbing service, Farmington Valley Plumbing is who you want to call. In closing, this is the 3rd or 4th time I have used them in the last 2-3 years, and the prior services were every bit as good.
Scott came swiftly to fix our emergency leak in kitchen. He coordinated everything within a very short span of time to resolve the multifaceted issue and even stayed after normal hours to complete the job! Way to go Scott and FVP!!! Very grateful for you!!
